Moghul Sweet Shop

Here, you will have a first-hand experience of the sights and smells native to Little India! Our first stop- a shop called the Moghul Sweet Shop. As the name implies, this shops sells a variety of sweets and snacks that are of Northern Indian origin. The owner also uses pure cow’s milk in his creations, which explains their rich and authentic taste. Did you know that the Moghul Sweet Shop is the first of its kind in Little India that specialises in sweets from North India? What’s more, the shop keeper of this shop is Chinese! Henna Tattoos

There are many Henna Tattoo artists stationed in Little India Arcade. In Indian culture, henna remains a popular beauty tool and is used to draw swirling patterns that last up to three weeks. The most common place to get henna is on the hands and feet and the designs are traditionally of flowers and suns. You could visit a salon, where a Henna artist will draw one of the many beautiful available designs for you. You could also choose to purchase cones of henna paste at bargain prices.
